Silvia is a Co-Founder and the Chief of Staff of the Swiss InsurTech Hub, and an executive within Group Operations and Technology at Zurich Insurance Company, driving transformation and change management programs, as well as business process reengineering projects hence helping functions of the Group in operationalizing their business needs.
Silvia holds a PhD in Solid State Physics from the Swiss Technology Institute in Zurich.
She finds it extremely rewarding and energizing when she sees the passion for a common vision through the eyes of other enthusiastic people, both professionally and privately.
